Many customers are used to waiting weeks for products due to logistical and stock issues present within suppliers. HGF-PHE, because of our focus on gasket and plate heat exchangers development and supply, can offer unparalleled delivery times to customers.
Our aim for all orders of HGF-PHE Products is to:
- Deliver product in the most competitive timeframe possible
- Always meet client demands
- Always keep our promises
Packaging
To ensure You receive a box with gaskets that is still intact, all boxes delivered by HGF-PHE are cut down to reduce the volume that is needed, and are always covered with plastic wrapping.
Shipping
We offer “Ex works”, “CIF” or “DDU” depending on the products and way of transport.
If you choose your own freight forwarder, we will arrange the paper work together with your freight forwarder. Tracking numbers are supplied to the customer, on request, for each order, so that we both can follow the shipment if needed.
- availability (if we have the products in stock or not)
- when the order arrives during the day
- if there are special custom clearance papers needed for the specific country or not
- what the demands are for the specific freight forwarder that is chosen by the customer
Inventory
HGF-PHE inventory is based on the actual sales and prognosis. Products that are sold on a regular basis are stated Standard Products, and are kept in stock. For each of these Standard Products there is an Inventory Plan, which is continiously updated to have an optimum balance between demand, delivery time, and cost.
The Inventory plan is based on three parameters:
- Date
- Ordering Point
- Maximum Inventory
As soon as the inventory level (including Reserved Products) is below the Ordering Point, there is an order sent to the HGF Production for the difference between the two levels.
As shown above in the diagram, we take into account the seasonal changes in demand and supplies (for instance the vacation period or planned maintenance).
